**Bathroom Giveaway Terms and Conditions**

 

**1. Eligibility:**

   - The Roper Rhodes Bathroom Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only.

   - Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

   - Employees of Wogan Build Centre and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

**2. Entry:**

   - To enter the Giveaway, participants must fill out the online entry form available on the designated giveaway webpage or via social media entry whose requirements are listed in the posts.

   - Only one entry per person is allowed.

   - Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.

**3. Prize:**

   - The prize consists of Roper Rhodes bathroom products worth up to €5,000 euros.

   - There is no cash alternative for the prize.

   - The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

   - The winner may be required to provide additional information for prize fulfilment.

  - Installation is not included or provided by Wogan Build Centre

 

**4. Winner Selection: **

   - The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.

   - The draw will take place within 30 days of the Giveaway closing date.

   - The winner will be notified via email and must provide additional contact details upon winning

   - Winners will not be notified via comments on social media, please be aware of scammers

 

**5. Prize Claim:**

   - The prize must be claimed within one year from the date of notification.

   - Failure to claim the prize within the specified period will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

 

**6. Delivery:**

   - Delivery charges may apply if the winner resides outside of the Leinster region.

   - Wogan Build Centre will not be responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the delivery.

 

**7. Publicity:**

   - By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow Wogan Build Centre to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

**8. General Conditions:**

   - Wogan Build Centre reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason.

   - Wogan Build Centre is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may occur.

   - Wogan Build Centre is not responsible for any losses or damages related to false pages replicating the giveaway

   - By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Wogan Build Centre.

 

**9. Governing Law:**

   - The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
