Portwest Workwear Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1.Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of Ireland who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Wogan Build Centre its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

 

2.How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the entry form on our website, providing a valid email address. Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted.

 

3.Entry Period: The giveaway begins on 1st of July, 2024 and ends on the 14th of July at 5pm Irish Time Zone (IST). Entries received after the giveaway period will not be considered.

 

4.Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place on 15th of July 2024. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

5.Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 5 days following the selection of the winner. Wogan Build Centre shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 60 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

 

6.Prize: The winner will receive a set of Portwest workwear. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

7.Prize Collection: The winner must collect their prize in person from Wogan Build Centre on the North Road Drogheda. Upon collection, the winner agrees to pose for a photo with their prize, which may be used Wogan Build Centre for promotional purposes on social media and other marketing materials.

 

8.Publicity: By entering this giveaway, participants understand and agree that Wogan Build Centre and anyone acting on behalf of Wogan Build Centre, and Wogan Build Centre's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, the participant's entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

 

9.General Conditions: Wogan Build Centre reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Wogan Build Centre's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Wogan Build Centre in its sole discretion. Wogan Build Centre reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

 

10.Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Wogan Build Centre and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such participant's participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the giveaway; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries.

 

11.Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF IRELAND WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court.

 

12.Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Wogan Build Centre website.

 

13.Sponsor: The sponsor of the giveaway is Wogan Build Centre, located on the North Road Drogheda.

 

14.Facebook Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating, you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook from any and all liability associated with this giveaway.
