Terms and Conditions for the "Eastbrook Bathroom Accessories Giveaway" Competition February 2025

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to the "Eastbrook Bathroom Accessories Giveaway" competition (the "Competition") where participants have a chance to win Eastbrook Bathroom Accessories By entering this Competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Promoter
The Competition is promoted by Wogan Build Centre. Eastbrook is not the promoter of this Competition.

3. Competition Period
The Competition begins on February 20th, 2025 and ends on February 27th, 2025 (the "Competition Period"). Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter
To enter the Competition, participants must like and tag a friend on our social media channel (instagram) Only one entry per person is allowed. Additional entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

5. Eligibility

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the Republic of Ireland.

  • Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected to this Competition are not eligible to enter.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.

6. Prize

  • The winners (2 winners) will receive a tote bag from Wogan Build Centre filled with Eastbrook Bathroom Accessories.

7. Winning Criteria

  • The winner(s) will be selected randomly from eligible entries and announced on Instagram / Facebook via Wogan Build Centre official social media account(s).

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternatives.

8. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected and notified within one week after the closing date via social media.

  • The winner must respond within 14 days of receiving notification to claim the prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the prize, in which case a new winner will be selected via the same raffle process.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner before awarding the prize.

9. Publicity

  • By entering the Competition, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities related to the Competition, including the use of their name and image in promotional material, without any additional compensation.

10. Data Protection

  • The Promoter will collect and process personal data of participants for the purpose of administering the Competition.

  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information submitted as part of the entry process.

  • The Promoter will not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the Competition or the prize due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In the event of any disputes regarding the Competition, the decision of the Promoter will be final and binding.

12. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Competition at any time without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
